Pastor Neil was born in Woodstock and raised in McHenry, IL
He attended Christian Life College in Mt Prospect, IL majoring in pastoral studies. He served as Associate Minister having oversight over the youth ministry, outreach and discipleship programs at Woodstock Assembly of God 1998-2005.
Previously served as minister of youth at Christian Life Fellowship Assembly of God Church in Antioch, IL and has served as a volunteer bible study leader for the McHenry County Jail.

These words are painful for the person who wanted to contribute, but was never called. These are also painful words for a person who is committed to helping people connect and contribute in meaningful ways within the church.
